By using Tobi Tools you agree to these terms.

The service

Tobi Tools provides productivity tools, some of which use AI to generate text. Free accounts include a limited number of AI requests per day; the Pro subscription raises that limit; the one-time BYOK unlock lets you connect your own AI provider API keys instead.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Google Play subscription settings.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro benefits until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
• The BYOK unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your account and can be restored on any device where you sign in.

Fair use

Daily AI request limits exist to keep the service sustainable. Automated, abusive, or excessive use beyond the intended personal use may be rate-limited or suspended. Don't use the service to generate content that is illegal or that violates the policies of the underlying AI providers.

AI output

AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. It is provided as-is, for your judgment — verify anything important before relying on it.

Your own API keys (BYOK)

If you connect your own provider API key, your relationship with that provider (costs, limits, terms) is your own. Keys are stored only on your device.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable but provide it without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features; if a paid feature is permanently discontinued, applicable Google Play refund processes apply.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tobi Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
